Attached are
- fixed isPolygonCCW.m  (test #14 expected wrong orientation)
- fixed isPolygonCW_Clipper.m (had an off-by-one error in assessing NaaN rows
- cset relative to 1ddaad474f41 "ellipse2cov error parsing arguments"

I'll try to look in the doc-cache stuff later on. Must be some invalid texinfo
somewhere. Unfortunately there's rarely a clue *which* file has the error.
