I found another issue, and fixed it.

6. Run following command, click first cell, type 1<Return> 10 times quickly,
and uitable data property become corrupt.
>
uitable('ColumnFormat',{'numeric'},'ColumnEditable',true,'Data',zeros(10,1),'CellEditCallback',@(h)disp(get(h,'Data')'),'CellSelectionCallback',@()rand(3000));

Cause of this issue is asynchronous of writing data property, using
gh_manager::post_set.
So, I added Table::m_curData attribute, and read/write it synchronously.

Updated version is attached.
