Hi JuanPi,

Attached are two patches relative to rev. 447:
- Updating Clipper to v.6.4.2
- Adding boolean ops on polygons and polylines, incl. demos

I found some issues with polygon2patch as in geometry-2.2.2 to-be-released; I
fisrt email you privately about it.

After you've pushed these I think this patch report had better be closed.
