Yeah, I was glad to get it running.

The process right now for new releases is to update the manifest hosted on
GitHub. Gnome projects currently host their manifests in the own git
repositories at gnome.org, and have a copy of them in their Flathub repo:

https://git.gnome.org/browse/polari/tree/flatpak
https://github.com/flathub/org.gnome.Polari

Since there's still a lot of work to do, it might be make sense to only work
on providing a more complete package of the default branch for now.
