Details:

These are MATLAB implementations of lin2rgb -
https://www.mathworks.com/help/images/ref/lin2rgb.html and rgb2lin. This is my
first patch, where I have written code, so please tell me if I am properly
adhering to the contribution guidelines and creation of a test suite.
