Details:

This function include the tests cases and a formula in the description.

The function is very simple.

Any feedback is welcome.

The function rad2deg is not implemented yet, so I use a multiplication by
(pi/180) to convert. To make the function more readable when this function is
available in octave a small change should be done. I left a comment in the
file.
