Follow-up Comment #2, patch #9608 (project octave):
Hi, I modified Ricardo's code to use rad2deg, added some BIST tests (numbers
taken from MATLAB docs), argument validation, a little formatting and changed
the output to 0 instead of a NaN if given two zero vectors to be MATLAB
compatible. I'm attaching a changeset with the changes.
