Follow-up Comment #2, patch #8471 (project octave):
I don´t use the 0.1 increment but I do use 0.5 increments. Besides, on times
of using scale factors to adapt to hidpi screens, a bit of more control should
be a nice touch. May you be interested, I have up-to-date patches.
