OK, bug #60143 is confirmed, so just concentrate on style & texinfo, once done
the functions can be pushed quickly.

About Matlab's Deep learning TB: yeah, I think Matlab was essentially fully
"out-developed" already a few years ago, it seems they now just invent &
reuse/remangle functions merely for the sake of change (in two meanings).
