Follow-up Comment #17, patch #10021 (project octave):
Rename: no issue.
I thought if it was in the private folder was all that is needed.
Error message handling: Are there other packages which have this?
Check all the fields: No, I would like a better solution.
If a user gave 2 things semi major axis and inverse flatting all the maths
would work, and be unitless. The rest are just strings.
So making this a private function is fine.
Focus efforts on the patch instead.
Not trying to create distractions.
