Looks like I'm able to spend time on this the next weeks.
I compared vincentyDirect.m's results to those of grodeticfwd.m but I see some
different results; I'm just trying to find out where that comes from.
I'd first like to prepare one of those for including in the mapping pkg, after
that I'll look into the reference ellipsoids checks.
