Follow-up Comment #62, patch #9980 (project octave): Hmmm AFAIR I had fixed something along that line here: http://hg.code.sf.net/p/octave/io/rev/83b2f81a28bf ... but for the last updates I used versions uploaded by Ketan that may not have had these fixes. TBH I didn't check the 'hg diff'-s all the way into the 152 BIST tests ... <... checking ...> And you're right, they've fallen out :-( Thanks for noting this. I'll re-apply. BTW my main aim for io-2.6.4 was to ensure that io still works with recent dependencies and current and esp. dev Octave, the to/fromJSON functions just fitted in nicely into this scheme.
