* isequal: doctestable examples and explanation.
* isequaln: doctestable example.

@alexvong1995 and I got burned by `isequal([], '')` being true [1].  Add some
docs to helpful someone else in the future.  These changes can be doctested
using `doctest isequal` and `doctest isequaln`.
