[Openexr-user] imfexamples and 'exrdisplay'

Hi Drew,

I downloaded & unzipped OpenEXR-1.2.1-win32.zip but when I attempted to
build the VC++ Project 'imfexamples,' I found there were a number of
missing files.
I tried a couple times to locate them on the web site, but failed.
Can you help me find:
   generalInterfaceTiledExamples.cpp
   generalInterfaceTiledExamples.h
   rgbInterfaceTiledExamples.cpp
   previewImageExamples.cpp
   lowLevelIoExamples.cpp
   ImfRgbaFile.h
   ImfOutputFile.h

Can you also help me find the win32 code for  'exrdisplay.' Perhaps this is
also missing from my unzip of the prebuilt win32 OpenEXR zip package.
I'd like to use 'exrdisplay' as the foundation of an application that puts
the image pipeline into a GPU via Cg.
Any hints on where to find more help for this project would be appreciated.
