Well, the problem I had using them is that they're compiled for GCC 2
while the compiler in use on current Gentoo systems is GCC 3. The
kernel refuses to load the modules. I suppose you could force them to
load, but you'd be asking for a ton of trouble...

BTW, I haven't had a chance to look at anything recent--I've been a
