Hi, i can get sound on both outputs just fine on my mx300 with the latest 
driver.

Now that the quad speaker stuff seems to be enabled i can use alsamixer to 
set the volume independently on the two outputs. I just have to make sure 
the external amp setting is enabled, otherwise one of the outputs is so low
that it can barely be heard.
