[Oroborus-user] remove keyboard handling from Oroborus

How hard would it be to remove the keyboard handling from Oroborus and
delegate it to a separate application?  If that could happen, then
Oroborus can be controlled by remote (e.g. by a script).  Blackbox has
something like this.  It's called bbkeys.

Also, how hard would it be to control deskmenu in the same way?  If
you could do that, then it should be possible to bind a key to one of
the submenus.  For example, I could have a key that shows only the
menu for remote logins and another key that shows the menu for the
screensaver and a third key that shows the entire menu.  pwm has a
feature like this.
