[Pan-users] Pan and Error 400 problems

One of my newsfeeds is a vit overloaded at present and
keeps returning error 400. Is there a way to set PAN
to retry at a regular interval if this problem occurs.
Otherwise I can't use their newsfeed during peak
periods.
