I'm thinking this will be a while off, been requested before, I don't
think it's trivial to implement, and probably not at the top of the to do
list since most people don't have multiple servers they can get binaries
from.

already been mentioned 5000 times, in the form of a "folder" in the groups
pane. coming at some point.

hm there is the feature that allows you to save to a subdirectory of the
group name but for a user defined "group folder" you'd have to do that
manually right now, not a bad idea though.
