[Pan-users] problems with special letters

hi people!

does anybody know why the following text does not get converted 
correctly in Pan (0.13.0)

=?iso-8859-2?Q?Bug=20when=20compiled=20\"under\"=20Athlon?=

sorry for my questions, but i cannot find enough information about 
Pan in generall on the website and there is also no newsgroup 
regarding this newsreader afaik.
