Looking at the tasks.xml.  It seems when 13.2.92 loaded it up it wiped all
the readable name tags.  Thats why its showing no descriptions.  New ones
I queue up with 13.2.92 have the reable name tag.  But all the ones that
were in it before the upgrade from 13.0 lost it.
