[Pan-users] [0.13.3.91] Filters not correct

Hi! Qiuck and dirty dug report ...

In the 'Edit Filters' dialouge, the top line which reads:

Article {Subject|Author|Mesage-ID} {contains|...}

does not produce the desired Filter once you press 'Add New Line to the
Filter'. e.g. I get this:

'Article Subject contains REZ' changes to 'Subject does not contain REZ'
if I add this line to the filter.

Also, my stored filter settings from the previous version are all messed
 up.

If you need more detailed info, I can compile a more thorough bugreport.
