Seems to work here..  It could be that your config file is corrupted.  You 
could try fixing it manually, or simply delete/rename it and recreate it.

My problem is that KWin won't retain my settings to keep it open over three 
monitors..  It usually retains the height (my three monitors are stacked), 
but it always wants to start in the middle one, and go offscreen at the 
bottom.  I have to drag it up to full on-screen.
