d'oh, that's right, yEnc got added in 0.11.3.  Thanks for the correction.

FWIW, you only have to install gtk2, not upgrade all of Gnome, for Pan 0.12+.
0.12+ actually has _fewer_ dependencies than older versions because it
no longer requires Gnome.
