[Pan-users] gnet.pc (gnet 1.1.x)

Just a note that the built rpms of gnet-1.1.8 available from
"http://gnetlibrary.org/#Download"; DO NOT INCLUDE "gnet.pc" which is
now required to build Pan CVS.

You can either install gnet-2.0.3 from source, install gnet-1.1.9 from
source, reinstall gnet-1.1.8 from source, or (!) here is the missing
file (put it in /usr/lib/pkgconfig).
