Eh, the official 2.0.3 tarball already contain a proper spec file. So you
should be able to build RPMs by just doing:
$ rpmbuild -ta gnet-2.0.3.tar.gz
which will produce the rpm, the devel rpm and the src.rpm.

Well, if you're going to produce Pan RPMs built against gnet 2.0.3, you'll
need to make your gnet2 RPMs available, so people can install your RPM.
Note: if you're producing RPMs build against gnet2, you should update the
spec file to enforce those dependencies: look for the Requires and
BuildRequires lines that relate to gnet.
