1. Middle-click the group in the groups pane.
2. Right-click and select "Download Articles...", or select
"Download Articles..." in the Groups menu.
3. Check "Download [ ] Most Recent Headers", and adjust the number
if the default (150) isn't OK.
4. Click "OK".
