You can't have checked right.  gtk+ 1.x was PAN 0.11.x and previous.  PAN
0.12 and newer require gtk+ 2.x.

It's possible you have gtk 1.2.10, as the 1.x and 2.x versions are
designed to be installed in parallel, and apps that work with one won't
work with the other, but you should also have a 2.x version installed, if
you are using PAN 0.14.x.
