That seems reasonable to me. The basic question is: why do people want
to use one server rather than another? My answer (based on almost no
facts at all ;o) is that downloading involves saving money, whereas
posting involves saving your ... um, well, let me think about how to
phrase that more scientifically and I'll get back to you later.
