Charles says printing support is planned for a future version of gtk+,
after which it will be relatively simple to add to PAN. Thus, we're
looking at an intermediate future version, months out anyway.

In the mean time, you can save the text file, open it in your editor of
choice, and print it from there. With a bit of scripting you could even
mash up the headers if desired, between the save and the edit/print.

Another alternative is to hit reply, then use the external editor feature
to open the message in your choice of external editor, again, printing it
from there. By selecting the portion of the message you want printed,
including headers if desired (in which case toggle header view on first,
of course), it will be available (as a quote) in the reply view and
therefore in the external editor.
