I REALLY need to write all this down in a FAQ or at the least link to
most of Duncan's posts in the Archive.  ;-)

I know Charles and Duncan are really busy and work and a 11 month old
daughter keep me busy but I should be able to get an hour or two to slap
most of the relevant information into a FAQ or Wiki before Charles
releases 1.0.
