The thinking is that you might care about which server you post through,
so you specify a posting server for each Posting Profile, and then pick
a Posting Profile for each group you subscribe to.  In addition, you can
also pick which posting profile to use when composing each post.  (There
is a drop-down menu in the From: field.)
