[Pan-users] Reuse/Import my old Pan v0.14.2.91's caches to Pan v0.133+?

Hello again.

Is it possible to reuse my old Pan v0.14.2.91's caches with Pan v0.133+? 
They are in Debian, but on two different disks (old IDE/PATA and SDD).
