  Exposing more fields from the XML in Python Pprzlink (#188)

* Use a class for message fields, and expose unit, values enum, alt_unit and 
format when existing in XML

* List bugfix

* More init bugfixes

* Adjustments regarding PprzMessageField capabilities and parsing

* Fixed issue: string are considered an 'array' type

* Removed misplaced licence
