Hi Austin

You just need to set the ivy bus to your local network address ( -b option which
defaults to loopback - 127.255.255.255:2010 ) - This will do the trick on a
local network.

If you need to go through routers, ivy won't be enought and you'll have to do it
another way ( for example like we did in Berlin - Look at
sw/ground_segment/tmtc/broadcaster )
