This is great loss to all. He was a kind & humble person.
The glacier may have taken him from us but we will keep this great project
going.

Two days ago, Pascal, also known as Hecto, and the father of this project died
in an accident while climbing in the Pyrénées mountains in the south of France.
He had dedicated the last 7 years of his life to the success of this project.
He was taking care by himself of a huge part of the project, to name only a few
: development and maintenance of the entire ground segment, navigation and
flight plan algorithms, code generation and build system, distribution
packaging, server infrastructure...
In respect for his commitment, the Paparazzi project must go on and volunteers
wanting to take over tasks are asked to do so.
Let's keep Paparazzi flying !
