Hello world again

I've released a new paparazzi-stm32 package with a better patched
version of openocd  ( thanx Piotr ). The patch has been forwarded
upstream, so who knows, maybe someday you'll be able to use that.
svn has been updated to reflect those changes  ( means if you update
svn, you need that new package )
