I can post a few photos of the plane but a video is difficult as the
plane flew inside restricted space
(you know what i mean)
Tomorrow i will take some pictures of the plane with all it's equipment
but i need to know where i can post them, here?
Next week i have a major presentation to my superiors but it will cover
only 20km (40km total)
(That is what they wanted and that is what they will get) and that will
decide my future funding.
I went for 40km today for added safety and in order to write the manual
which requires me
to know the limits of the plane.
Anyway analyzing the log i found that the actual wind computed was more
than 10m/s,
the maximum speed recorded was 39m/s and the minimum was about 16m/s.
The current sensor needs some calibration because after i charged the
battery again
i found that total consumption (not counting the video tx, modem and
servos was ~7A not 6A
as reported from the current sensor.
In total the battery took ~8Ah to fully charge.
I guess that at a calmer day the consumption could go lower as there is
no need for the plane to travel at 24m/s, 18m/s are more than enough.
