Yes that would be great!

is anyone using aspirin2_i2c and in need of mag? I can fill the missing part.

Ah, the aspirin2_i2c subsystem currently does not read the mag (connected as
slave to the MPU6000).

Well, it turns out that I was wrong. the magnetometer does not have a 90 degree
offset. The autopilot seems to be initializing to North every time no matter
how the plane is oriented. I don't think it is using magnetometer data at all.

Can you please post your full config (airframe file)? Preferrably gist or
pastebin...
Otherwise it's impossible to tell what exactly you are using....

If you have an offset, but a correct mag
calibration<http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/ImuCalibration#Calibrating_the_Magnetometer>
and have your local magnetic field set, then the mag axes (or signs) are wrong.
Can you please post your config?

I am using the Aspirin v2.1 with a Yapa and because of the calibration problem,
I use the int_cmpl_quat AHRS algorithm. But the magnetometer is 90 degrees off.
With this AHRS algorithm, is there any offset that can change only the
orientation of the magnetometer and not the accelerometer and gyroscope? if
not, how do I fix it? Changing the IMU_BODY offsets also switches the pitch and
roll.
