Thanks, already tried to change blocks and it doesn´t work, its stopped at
holding point and I can´t move to next block. I will check wiring and try to
get the communication working.
regards Arni

You can also enable the debug fbw telemetry mode via
<define name="TELEMETRY_MODE_FBW" value="1"/>.
as described at
http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/Radio_Control#Measuring_the_PPM_time_values

Hi Arni,
you could for instance try to change the block in the flightplan, that is
currently executed. E.g. click on "Standby" and see if the AP switches to
Standby from wait GPS. Double check your radio configuration and your wiring
(tx from the ap wired correctly, rx not). You could also try to really wire the
UART from your ap to the UART of your UART to USB converter. Remember: RX and
TX crossed :-)
Sort this out first you'll need it to fly, then fix the problem with the radio
file.

Thanks for the reply, changing to debug in GCS doesn´t work!
It seems like my datalink is not working both ways, I just tested outside to
see if I could set it to auto1 or 2 from GCS and it did not work either. So I
think that I have to fix the datalink first.
Have others encountered this problem? I am not sure how to tackle this.
kind regards Arni.

Hi Arni,
you can set the fbw telemetry mode to debug. In this case you get all the
values from your RC as message. I think the name of the message was "RC". You
can move the switch then and see, which of the values alters. Knowing this, you
can edit your radio file and assign mode to the right channel. Be aware that in
the radio file the order in which the channels are assigned decide, whether it
is channel number 1 or 2 not the chars.

Hi
I have the Futaba TC7 together with RS617FS receiver and it´s working fine
except my 3 position switch. It´s is set on switch on the left side but that
one is 2 position so I don´t get Auto 1. How can I assign modes (manual,
auto1,auto2) to the right switch?
regards Arni
