okay let's stick to UAVs.

Can you please just stop this generalized comparision of nations asap. This is on the borderline of racism. 

I didnt know that either the French or the American socialists are a race. This was also not a generalized comparison of nations but of socialist tendencies in both. It is hard to deny that both are in deep economic troubles due to these tendencies, just think of the 2007 crisis caused by government intervention in the housing and monetary markets.

This drifted of into a discussion about socialism vs capitalism, I really dont know what that has to do with racism.
