Hi Stephen,

the logitech_f710.xml joystick file was seemingly not correct:

- the RC_4CH message does not have a joystick_id field

- other messages specified there don't exist

etc...

cleaned the logitech_f710.xml file in master, should work for just the RC part now (you need to adapt it if you want to change some settings through the joystick).

Also added some more meaningful error messages to input2ivy in case something like this happens.

@Gautier, is the JoystickID actually used anywhere?

I must note the machine follows NAV startup commands without incident so
far - I just wish to move in and out of NAV mode to test manual controls
using paparazzi.
