[paragui-dev] Patch: customizing PG_Button behaviour

Hi,

with this Patch (for 1.2 devel branch)  the behaviour of PG_Buttons can
be customized: the message capturing can be disabled and the sigClick
signal be fired when pressing the button or when releasing the button. 

This is a prerequisite for making the PG_MenuBar work like a normal
Pull-Down-Menu (press - move mouse - release), a modification I'm
currently working on.  But there are lots of other uses...
