Ah, no no, you're right. It should include the pdf_fsys_t object as first
parameter.
Well, even if it has most sense in the Disk FS, it actually also could be
implemented for every FS I guess. For example, in the HTTP FS, this method
would use '/' to concatenate different URL parts... although probably doesn't
really make much sense :-) But probably HTTP FS is also quite a corner case for
the use of this method.
