Details - The perl script

  build-aux/generate-tsd.pl.in

generates the doc/generated-tsd.texi file containing the
set of tests implemented in the library.  The documentation
for the tests is extracted from comments in source files
in the torture/ tree.

The structure of the comments in source test files is documented
in the Hacker's Guide.

Some of the data is being generated incorrectly, with "BAD DATA"
marks.
