[Phpcompta-support] error message while creating a database (dossier)

Hi All,
When creating a new environment i get the following:
*Warning*: pg_exec(): Query failed: ERROR: duplicate key violates unique 
constraint "jnt_use_dos_pkey" in 
*/home/httpd/compta/include/postgres.php* on line *152*
Operation cancelled due to error : insert into jnt_use_dos 
(use_id,dos_id) values (1,6)
For the remaining i can continue to work in the new database, so no 
problem. Is this a bug to be reported?
