Mmmm, can't help you much from holidays, but surely phpgwapi is a special
module as it's the core one. Maybe the rights are different in the directory ?
Anyway, the other solution would be to edit the file by hand.
Maybe you should fill a bug report in savannah, I'll look when I'm back.
