OK, I solved it. My fault. the perfgetmicrotime() thing was my fault.

Ok.. I think I have this problem corrected. Grab an update from CVS and run
setup/config. Pay attention to a new config item in the 2nd grouping: Day/Date
Time port. Set appropriately and try the calendar again. Also, please verify
that you have a user preference for your timezone.
Let me know your results, so I can close this bug report out if it works
correctly for you now.

Line 39 (uncommented) shows a 1970 date as users_localtime, but the date on the
command prompt showa the correct time.
