------------------ Additional Follow-up Comments ----------------------------
Hi mhanze,
Have run a cvs update recently? After running the cvs update, could you please
indicate if this is still a problem so it can be closed or investigated further.
I found email notifications in calendar so take a while sometimes - so i
disabled them.
Cheers

OK... Sorry for all the comments but it's like talking to myself to try and
make head & tails of the problem. I hope i'm not misusing this tool, please let
me know if i am :) Anyway the real bug is in the email notification. If it is
checked to use email notification. It takes a long time to come back

OK... Now i deleted all the records from phpgw_tts_tickets and
phpgw_history_log and am still having the same problem. It takes forever to
return from a submit/OK.

Here we go again. I added an additional comment to a ticket that had a html tag
and we're taking forever to return from the submit/OK button. Where are the
additional comments stored. I use mysql and don't see them in the
phpgw_tts_tickets.

After dropping the database in mysql and reinstalling phpgw the problem went
away. I took this route because i went to a few demo sites running the latest
version and i didn't see my problem. There was something currupted on my end!
