in your php.ini check that you have:
file_uploads = On
Also filemanager has been replaced with phpwebhosting

Summary: Can't upload files into filemanager.
Original Submission: Can't upload files into filemanager. But can create file.
No error is given, no errors in apache-1.3.23-11.
Here is what apache access log has during the post:

I don't know if this a PHP problem or a phpGroupWare problem.

I'm running RedHat 7.3 with all of the latest updates using their up2date
program, and I have the exact same problem with the file manager. Creating
files is no problem, but I can't upload anything.
No files currently attached
